Frequently Asked Questions

Question Mark on Paper

I’ve answered some of the most frequently asked questions I receive from potential clients on this page. If you are considering hiring me to work on your brand identity project these answers will most likely save you time.

1. When can you start working on my project?

Immediately, but in order to maintain a high level of quality I only work on two projects at any one single time. If by the time you get in touch I’m already working on two projects we can schedule yours to be the next one.

2. How much does it cost to hire you?

Instead of thinking of brand identity design as just another cost, think of it as an investment. A business with a well thought brand identity will differentiate from the competition in an unique way. A brand is asset, not a liability.

What I charge will vary depending on the project requirements. I can quote you appropriately after you getting in touch to discuss your project details.

3. I’ve found other designers who charge less. Can you match their prices?

Brand identity design is a highly customised service. It’s not a commodity, every designer will solve your branding problem in a very unique way. For that reason I can match other designers prices.

4. How long does it take to complete the project?

Anything between two weeks and two months. The exact timeframe depend entirely on the details of the project.

5. How do you accept payment?

You must make a downpayment of 50% prior the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, cheque, or with a bank draft in British pounds.

6. What will I get from you at the end of the project?

I’ll send you a presentation in PDF format with one brand identity option. The design will be displayed in a variety of formats to give an idea of how the brand identity will sit in different materials.
